Help: Marked List

What is the Marked List page?

The Marked List page lists the bibliographic records for items you have selected during your session. You can add items to the Marked List from the following pages:

You can access the Marked List from the main pages of the site by following the Marked List link at the top of the page. From the Marked List you can view any of the items listed again, and email, print, download or remove items from your list. Note that items will only remain on the Marked List page for the duration of the current session but you can save items to My Archive if you want to keep them more permanently.

What information is shown for each item?

Each item in the Marked List consists of:

When the Marked List opens all items in the list will be shown with a colored background and their checkboxes checked to indicate that they are selected ready for emailing, downloading or printing.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can add to the Marked List?

Monthly Catalog allows you to add a total of 500 items to the Marked List per session. If you already have 500 items in the list and you try to add another from one of the pages listed above you will be prompted to remove some of the items from Marked List.

The total number of items in your Marked List is displayed next to the Marked List link at the top of the page throughout your session and is updated each time an item is added or removed.

Printing items

If you wish to print Marked List items:
